We are open and will endeavour to remain so throughout the coronavirus crisis. However, in order to protect our veterinary team, so that we can continue to provide veterinary care to all of our clients and their pets, we would ask that you please adhere to the following protocols.
Please take time to read all signs and follow instructions from our clinic team.
Please phone clinic for all queries including appointments, food and prescription orders.
So that we can protect our team and provide a service for your pet, we ask that you do not attend if:
You are unwell,
Have been diagnosed with Covid 19,
Have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of Covid 19.
Please phone the clinic instead and we will endeavour to assist you.
This also applies to those clients who may be self isolating, living with those who are and also for those of you who are caring for anyone that may vulnerable or in the high risk categories.
Please phone us on 01 4501305
To further enhance the safety measures that we have in place, we are now operating a Closed Door Policy. In order to protect our team and continue to provide a service to our clients and patients, no members of the public are permitted entry to the clinic. On arrival to the clinic for your pre-arranged appointment, please phone reception and a member of our team will advise you.
We have reduced appointment capacity and therefore we are prioritising emergencies, high dependency patients and those receiving long term medical treatment.
However, if you have any concerns about your pet, please do not hesitate to call us.
We are continuing to maintain our high levels of hygiene within the clinic but have intensified protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
Card payments only please.
We require all visitors to our clinic to follow HSE Covid 19 guidelines and advice.
